Beginning with the development of performance objectives, it covers all components necessary to design a program that meets the objectives. The learner leaves with the necessary tools to design a training program for the adult learner.

FACILITATION OF LEARNING
Instructors disseminate information. Facilitators engage learners in the process of learning the information, so it stays with them. In this program, we take trainers through a series of exercises to build their facilitation skills so that learners become active in their own development. Skills include active listening, asking questions to explore, fostering participation, and addressing all learning styles.
